A lady of caring and kindness

Mrs. Dina Livshitz, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away on Shabbos Parshas Lech Lecho, 11 Cheshvan, 5783.

She passed away just a few days after the 50th anniversary with her husband reb Michoel Livshitz.

Despite her career in chemical engineering, her true passion was her family and her community. Devoted member of the community in Kharkiv, Ukraine, she was known to all the bochurim, Shluchim, and community members for her unsurpassed kindness, caring, and hospitality.

After moving to the USA in year 2000, she earned the same reputation once again — now in her new community, at Shaloh House, Boston MA.

She was born in 1940 in Kharkiv, Ukraine. Her father Nochum Manuylenko was coming from Lubavitcher family from Koryukovka near Chernigov.

She is survived by her husband reb Michoel Livshitz, Brighton MA, son Eli Nochum Livshitz, Crown Heights BK NY, and grandsons Menachem Mendel and Moishe.
