I don't have a personal experience with Rabbi Okonov. I just had to share that seeing him the few times at his families Simcha and walking down the street I always saw a kind, warm , sincere smile. It was so clear to see his love for his children and grandchildren. His humble and kind demeanor made a big impression on me.
