Seeing The Mark of Tzion Through His Beautiful Family:)

Here is what I wish to add about Sion OBM. I love him as a dear friend and guide and teacher. "You have to tell the truth," Sion would often advise me quietly and strongly with beautiful smiling eyes of truth. Our history as a people is weakened when we hear or repeat loshon hara as in the sad episode of the spies. The Torah is the only truth, and our only guide because its author is Hashem. Thank you Sion and i keep your words pressed to my heart. Your name Sion is in the haftorah of parshas Beha'Aloscha. The Gutnick Chumash page 1449 tells us and I quote: "This Haftorah is also read on the first Shabbos of Chanukah, primarily due to its reference to the Menorah. Chasidic thought explains further that even the Haftorah's opening ("Sing and rejoice, daughter of Tziyon") shares a thematic connection with Chanukah. Tziyon literally means "mark" or "designation," suggesting through their acts of worship, the Jewish people are actually a "sign" of G-d's presence on earth." That is the quote from the Gutnick Chumash. And when learning that I thought of Sion and Devorah's wonderful children and their leadership roles inspiring all who they interact with daily or only once. Shaina, Esther Brucha and last but not least Menachem Mendel are truly "marks" and "signs" that Hashem is with us. How very very fortunate we are to be under Sion's enthusiasm for Torah through his incredibly amazing wonderful wife and children. We can follow their message: MOSHIACH NOW!!!!!!!!
