we don't know from where or how Reb Mendel who was a Bocher at the Time got this Sirtuk from. but maybe it belonged to his Father Reb Yehoshua Zelik A''H who passed away in 5702, and reb Mendel didn't get Married until almost 10 Years Later in 5711. so he had this Sirtuk sitting around and a bocher was getting married and needed on so reb mendel Put it to good use.
